Salary range$ 195k-$250k D.O.E. Bonus 20%
**Hybrid ** During this critical implementation in the office 3-4 days then
after the project is complete it will be hybrid to 1-2 days per week **
Must live in the Tri-State area of Center City Philadelphia PA
Within 1 hour commute is preferred. PA, NJ, DE, or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Summary
As CRM product manager, this individual will oversee the Salesforce.com implementation for the client's financial advisors and their teams.
Responsibilities
- Defines the vision and strategy for customer relationship management (CRM) at Client
- Develops deep relationships with key stakeholder groups across the firm
- Engages stakeholders regularly to understand objectives and pain points and where CRM can help
- Stays abreast of industry trends concerning advisor tools
- Prioritizes and converts demand into a feature roadmap comprising regular releases of core functionality
- Creates comprehensive business requirements with input from key stakeholders
- Oversees day-to-day project execution with a sharp focus on risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provides feedback on sprint-level demos to ensure the product meets user requirements
- Leads user acceptance testing and actively monitors quality assurance testing
- Drives communication and training plan to ensure a successful deployment
- Holds ongoing stakeholder forums to evolve the platform in line with the most critical business demands
Requirements
- MUST have extensive product manager experience in financial services (Wealth Management Environment), Brokerage (JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, and the like.
- Track record of successful CRM implementations of Salesforce.com
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Deep knowledge of wealth management and the needs of financial advisors (FAs) and their teams
- Skilled relationship builder with demonstrated ability to make connections across the organization
- Strong strategist and communicator who can define and communicate a product vision
- Structured project lead with skills in comprehensive project planning and risk and issue management
